The University does not obligate itself for the payment of ambulance fees, lab work, x-rays or medical services.
There are minimal fees for health service office visits ranging from $ 10.00 - $ 30.00 There may be additional fees for injections, prescriptions, medical supplies or equipment.
Laboratory tests will be sent to the Reading Hospital or Quest Laboratories depending on your insurance.
Fees incurred at the Health Center can be paid at the time of service or can be charged to your student account. If you elect to charge your student account, your signature will be obtained at the time of visit and be sent to the finance office.
You will receive a bill as student health center charges. Insurance information if provided will be supplied to the labs for lab tests. A copy of your bill will be provided at the time of visit. The Health Center does not bill insurance companies. You will be responsible for submitting your bill for health services to your insurance carrier.
