Event Registration: If you have questions, or would like to register your event with Habida Popal, please include the following information:

  • Request Purpose
  • Contact Person
  • Contact's Email
  • Contact's Cell Phone Number
  • Advisor who will be present
  • Purpose for this request
  • Date or Dates of Event
  • Event Setup Time
  • Event Start Time
  • Event End Time
  • Maximum Anticipated Attendance
  • Will this be open to the public?
  • Will this event take place on campus?
  • Where will it take place?
  • Will food be served or sold?
  • Description of the Event:
  • Will this event use SGA allocated funds or fundraised funds?

Community Service Registration: If you have questions, or would like to register your Community Service with Autumn Fritz, please include the following information:

  • Name of Organization
  • Contact Person
  • Contact's Email
  • Contact's Cell Phone Number
  • Advisor/Coordinator of event who will be present
  • Title of Service Event
  • Date or Dates of Event
  • Event Start Time
  • Event End Time
  • Anticipated Attendance (from your organization)
