Lower Division Transfer Students
Students who have earned 18-57 semester credits at a regionally accredited institution may be considered for transfer admissions to Penn State Berks or locations other than University Park.
Upper Division Transfer Students
Students who have attempted two years of college work may apply for admissions to any Penn State location.
