Location: Penn State Berks Soccer Field (tickets not required)
If inclement weather, Beaver Community Center (tickets required)
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Parking
Please park in the Student Parking Lot off Harper Road.
Arrival
Degree candidates should arrive at 8:45 a.m. for registration, completion of survey, instructions, and robing at the Thun Library. Gather in the area designated for your major.
Processional
Degree candidates will assemble at 9:30 a.m.
Guests
Outside Ceremony:
Guests must arrive no later than 9:45 a.m. for seating.
Inside Ceremony:
Guests must have tickets and must arrive no later than 9:45 a.m. for seating in the Beaver Community Center.
Strollers are not permitted in the gymnasium.
Guests who need special accommodations may contact the Chancellor's Office at 610-396-6010. Wheelchairs are not provided.
Reception
Graduates and guests are cordially invited to enjoy refreshments following the commencement ceremony in the hospitality tent.
